We provide three ways of support:
1) Email support@seasonalgo.com - Use it for priority issues which need to be solved ASAP or personal issues like problem with payments.
2) Project management - We use it in our software development process so it's our preferred way to report any issues. Before submitting any issues, search* open issues to avoid duplicities. If you want to implement some new features use votes, when we plan priorities for development we are considering number of votes.
3) This forum - Use it to discuss anything, especially if you want to share and discuss issue with other users.
* We know that some issues are not written in English, we will try to translate them.
